"Doug and Lynn Norton were able to give my (now) fiancee and I a cruise deal that we could not refuse, and I am so glad we went! My fiancee and I have never been on a cruise, so this was an experience in which we had no idea on what to expect, which prices were good for our budget, or what questions we should be asking. Doug and Lynn went above and beyond the call of duty to allow peace of mind with our first sailing experience and were able to find us our ideal cruise for our budget and time constraints due to Spring Break. They both explained what we should expect getting checked-in at the port, getting on the ship and into our room, what we should do on the ship to experience everything while there, and what we could do at the ports of call. Doug and Lynn were able to provide us with so much information that we were comfortable with what to expect and so we didn't appear like the "novice" cruisers that we were. The entire time we talked to Doug and Lynn about the cruise, they were beyond professional, personable, and reasonable with our every need. We are so thankful for these two amazing people for helping us on planning this trip, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to plan a cruise in the future, because I know that we will be!!"
